Terms of service
Last updated: 11 July 2026 · Operated by Trioo Prints Ltd ("UK3D Hub", "we")
1. The service
UK3D Hub provides tools for UK 3D-printing businesses: compliance documentation (Technical Files and Declarations of Conformity), reusable libraries, a filament price comparison service, and price alerts. Some features require a paid subscription.
2. Not legal advice — your responsibility
UK3D Hub enables, but does not certify, compliance. Documents generated by the service are compiled from information you provide. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of that information, for carrying out the assessments and tests the law requires, and for the conformity of any product you place on the market. Nothing in the service constitutes legal advice; consult a qualified professional where you are unsure.
3. Accounts & subscriptions
You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. On lapse, your documents remain viewable read-only, but creating, editing and exporting require an active subscription. Statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data, photos and documents you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them solely to operate the service. Issued document versions are retained immutably so reprints stay faithful; evidence referenced by an issued document cannot be deleted while that document exists.
5. Price comparison & retailer links
Prices, availability and product details in the comparison service are indicative, gathered periodically, and may be out of date — always check the retailer's page before buying. Purchases are contracts between you and the retailer. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to circumvent access controls or the paywall, no scraping of the service at volume, and no uploading of content you have no right to hold.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care but "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you supply, from regulatory action concerning your products, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms and the service; material changes will be notified to account holders. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
